Who do you usually use them on?

I always save them for when they're at a high level. It's kind of a waste to do it when they're level 2-50
 
I save them for the really high levels as well.
 
I save mine to use for pokemon who evolve with evolution stones.
 
i save them for when i am in areas where certain pokes i have are having a hard time in and i up the level to give an advantage back to them.
 
I always saved them and use them before fighting the E4
 
I like using them when I'm leveling some of my carefully bred Pokemon. They're really just there to reduce the time it takes to level up, so I use them for my Pokemon with levels of over 90. I only use them if the Pokemon has been EV trained too since their EVs won't get messed up or anything. It's not really needed though since LV 100 isn't that hard to get to.
 
Only when it's Gen 1 where all of them are cloned, or when I get really frustrated because it's faster than level up normally. I used to at really high levels but even then its really easy with Pass Powers/O-Powers/ facing strong trainers. They can be useful however I wish I could buy them with Pokedollars rather than Pokemiles.

I don't use rare candies normally. I only use them when I want my Poke to learn a new move by leveling up, or if I want to evolve my poke, etc.
 
I always tell myself to use them when I really need them, but then I end up never using them because every time I want to use one I say to myself: Nah, there's probably going to be a time when you need them more. Stupid, stupid me :facepalm:

I normally use Rare Candies on those high-leveled Pokemon (70-100), because it's a waste of using them on those level 1-50. Using them on high-leveled Pokemon saves time IMO. Also, I use Rare Candies on my newly competitive bred Pokemon. It really saves time for the leveling up to 50/100. Also, like I said, I usually use them on those when my level is close to 50 (40-50). It saves a lot of time, since it gets harder to level up once you are in the level 40 zone (if competitive).

I use candies on hi leveled pokemon. Because it's a waste on low levels. You can level up young pokes the old fashioned way. It's really easy in the low levels. Not so in the high levels.

I use them when I need level 50 Pokemon for an online battle. I always wait until it is at least level 46 however. The reason I spend them like this is because I get a lot of rare candies from the Pokemon global link.

I spend all my rare candies for my charizard ..I got so many of rare candies after sign in to pgl and decide to use it all ..in gen 6 and was mainly start during gen5 ..somehow it is so easy to get this rare candies although it has "rare" at the back of the word..XP
