This team is more suited to be a single battle team IMPO lol

Well, for starters, a Double Battle is more complex than a single battle. So you have to do multiple things at once in order to win in Double Battles. The move Protect is a MUST in Double Battles to allow your opponent to have a Mind Game with you. In double battles, you'll have little to no chance to set up because of the fast Metagame, so dragon Dance and such aren't recommended.

@Delphox
It's role as Dual Screen is better suited for Klefki IMO. Prankster Screens and/or Safeguard is absolutely good. If you Plan Delphox to be in Double Battle though, you must give it Heat Wave as a Main attack
Ex.
Heat Wave
Will-o-Wisp
Protect
Psyshock

@M-Aggron
This Pokemon is more suited for Singles IMPO. You'll never get to use it's Bulk since it'll get hit by Multi-Poke attacks such as Surf, EQuake,etc. It's low SpDef won't help it either too...
Ex.
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Protect
Metal Burst / Other Coverage Move

@Vaporeon
Again, this Pokemon is more suited for Singles.It's Jolly nature won't help its SpAtk, and I know that Wish is a great move for healing and support, but your team won't get the most of it since Multi-Pokemon attacks is really common in double battles. Vaporeon is much more suited for a Rain team IMPO.
Ex.
@Hydration via Rain Team
W/Lefties
Rest
Surf / Muddy Water
Ice Beam
Protect / Rain Dance

@Alakazam
Alakazam on Weakness Policy is kind of a bad idea... Imagine, a frail Pokemon with paper thin defense is hit with a Super Effective-attack. It won't last right? So a better set would be:
Ex
@Choice Specs
Psychic / Psyshock
Energy Ball
Thunderbolt
Dazzling Gleam

@Dragalge
Assault Vest on it with 3 Status Moves is like having it with only 1 move... Assault Vest Prevents the Pokemon from using status moves but increases it's SpDef by 50% or so I heard. Dragalge is much of a slow Pokemon, so a better team it would be in would be a Trick Room Team. But even without TR, its still playable but it wont be much.
Ex.
@Assault Vest
Muddy Water
Sludge Wave
Dragon Pulse
Non-Status Coverage Move

@Clawitser
Even though it its M-Launcher ability boosts Aura and Pulse attacks, it doesn't mean you should fill it with them. Rather, you should think of other coverage moves as well.
Ex
Aura Sphere
Surf
Ice Beam / Dragon Pulse
Protect / Dark Pulse

Well the way I'll rate your team out of 10, sadly, is around 2.
I know you can do better though! :D
Good Luck with building your team! :)
