I'm assuming this is for OU
Whale, here's the thought:
Chandy: It looks pretty solid overall, I personally prefer Heat Wave over Fire Blast for the (somewhat higher) accuracy. Just watch out for the strong water types in OU.

Shuckle: I'm assuming you're going for a stall setup. I prefer running a more defensive shuckle with Contrary and Shell Smash, but thats just me.

Bisharp: Looks good, just find coverage against fighting types.

Starmie: I'd prefer you use a more offensive set rather than a spinner, only to answer Lando-T which theatens a good portion of your team.

Toxicroak: It's alright, not much you can do there.

Latias: I'd have Draco Meteor over T-Wave, you a good STAB move from it.

Overall your team kinda falls to Lando-T, so try finding a way to work around one of the most popular OU mons.

How's this?

Slowbro @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator

- Scald
- Slack Off
- Thunder Wave
- Psychic

I like Sticky Web + Bisharp, if you get the Web on the foe's side of the field, Bisharp outspeeds everything, if they bounc them back or try to use defog, Bisharp gets a free +2 and destroys stuff

Other than that, I don't see any synergy in the rest of the team, looks like the 4 other Pokémon were putted on the team just because, and the team gets destroyed by Zard X, Garchomp, Lando-T, Mega Scizor (imo the best mega in the current meta).

The main problem with Sticky Web offense is the fact that you are pretty much playing with 5 Pokémon and a Shuckle (which will be death weight after it gets Sticky Web), and from those 5 Pokémon, 2 of them are niche.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that niche Pokémon are bad (I'm actually planing to write something about niche Pokémon), but, a niche Pokémon works because, either the full team is made so it can support the niche Pokémon, or the niche Pokémon is a Pokémon that fits perfectly on a slot of your team, and can do something that no one else can do like them.

Both Chandelure and Toxicroak are great niche Pokémon, Chandelure is an amazing Pokémon for teams that are too weak to Charizard Y and Chesnaught, while Toxicroak counters completely the likes of Manaphy (without Psychic) and Keldeo... but they don't fit in this team, they are just adding weaknesses without recieving the support needed to work

I took a look at this thinking you could turn it into a solid bulky offense team, Bob, think it's work pursuing?
