I want to know what people thought about the Rayman hoax

When I saw this leak, I knew it was fake from the get go. His character image felt off from the others, and it didn't actually bother me that he wasn't in Smash. Not that his franchise is bad, I haven't gotten into it yet. It was a good leak, considering he has a trophy, but I couldn't picture him in. Plus, his Amiibo would look weird, with all those floating limbs.

Well at first I was really mad because I thought Rayman was our key to getting more smash DLCs but then watching the leakers video on how he made the leak left me in awe. Also now that lucas is confirmed and smash ballot exists i have hope for smash dlcs coming up

I thought it was obviously fake because befoe there would be a hackton of commericals and Nintendo flooding everything everywhere with ads and stuff. Plus Rayman isn't even popular and I don't like him in my opinion.

I have heard of the rayman hoax and personally I didn't think that the character would actually make it into the Smash roster . In my opinion , i thought that it was really silly and just , impossible to happen +_+

Never a thought about such things happening because Rayman isn't a Nintendo character

Ive actually talked to the guy who made the hoax. Hes pretty cool, and he has made more Smash hoax in the past, like an artwork of Bomberman for Brawl. Ever since the Rayman fiasco, hes been "Smashifying" characters to make them seem like they are in Smash for Wii-U/3DS
