Rec Room is a great game where the purpose is to have fun, level up, and customize. The whole premise of Rec Room is that you are on a college campus where the fun never stops, and all you do is play games and throw bottles down onto the floor causing them to shatter -nice attention to detail-... Rec Room is available on any VR device (Oculus, Vive, PSVR) that is either plugged into a computer or is not a mobile device such as Android (but can be Oculus Rift) and while this seems like a limitation, it really isn't, because it is there to make sure that the experience is as amazing as possible!
