Recommended specs for Twitch streaming?

so I wanna try and get started on twitch by streaming some video games. I was wondering what I should use to stream? I know that OBS is really good as long with elgato capture cards
 
Everything should charge you, but OBS doesn't. Highly recommened you use OBS.
By the way, I plan to stream too once I get a capture card for Christmas.
 
That's nice what type of computer and sound/graphic cards do you have?
