Took a look at this article(giving sources on this website is fine, right?)
We know that info will be announced in 2016, so it may release sometime in 2017? Early 2017 for Japan, late 2017/early 2018 for the western countries.

Just ideas. I'm curious on what this new, hopefully original and up-to-date with technology, console will look like. Something between 3Ds-WiiU? A smaller device than 3ds? Who knows

July 2016 would be too early, yeah. More likely that we'll get details in July 2016.
It enters production in October 2015 (although this isn't certain), so I think early-to-mid 2017 for both Japan and the rest of the world.

Pretty sure Ninty isn't gonna release a console so soon when we still know relatively nothing about it, lol. Late 2017 would be a more convenient year to release the console, I'd say. The 3DS and Wii U (especially Wii U) need a bit more of a cool-down time before another console hits the spotlight.

Probably around mid to late 2017 would be an ideal time for the Nintendo NX's release in my opinion. Earlier or later wouldn't be too well. Still, there are still some games that are coming for the 3DS and the Wii U so what if it were to be released on 2018? Maybe when we get more information, the release date will hopefully be announced.

I think that a late 2017 launch could be good, it would give 3DS/Wii U enough time to put out some final releases and provide a few more years between the next PS/Xbox console release... or so you would think. Assuming that Nintendo give it enough power, it should be able to match up to the PS4 and use similar architecture so the third-party won't give up (and then it's up to consumers to purchase the games to justify producing/porting them).
