Require preformance boost on laptop,

Anyone got into the newest KoF for Steam? I did. but the laptop I got it on seems to run really slow if the background is on and only runs it's fastest when it's charging (but I've seen it run faster elsewhere) any tips on improving laptop preformance?

I havent heard of the game, but the easiest ways to improve performance is to lower the resolution, try it out in windowed mode, close background apps, use lowest settings for graphics and try to clear out any idle programs, but aside from that I wouldn't trust any apps or boosters that supposedly speed up your pc.

I have a crappy laptop as well, usually lowering graphics and removing enhancements helps alot, so much so that I don't use windowed mode, so try it out.

It still moves a bit slow, I've done pretty much what you've said but it's still not entirely 100% (it's not exactly a gaming laptop...) thanks for the help anyhow.

Get Glary Utilities (the free one) and run a scan. It'll speed up your computer a ton! Run it twice a month and you are good!
