Roy or Mewtwo?

Ok so I only have $4.67 and I wanna buy a DLC character for smash bros 4 for 3ds. I want either Roy or Mewtwo. I know that Roy is very powerful and mewtwo is "special" I guess. I am on this website to earn enough to buy another one but until then I want to buy one of them. Please tell me your opinion and which one I should buy.
 
Personally I'd say MewTwo. I got him back when Club Nintendo was having that deal where if you register both the WiiU Game and the 3DS game you would get him for both systems. So far I really enjoy playing him. If you are a Pokemon fan he is a must have. But then again, it really just depends on who you would prefer. It can vary from person to person after all. Some people may prefer MewTwo, while others might prefer Roy.

My suggestion would be to research the two characters, as well as their moves and abilities, then decide from there. It might make your decisions a lot easier when it comes down to it.
 
I prefer mewtwo if you are a hardcore pokemon fan. Ryu is also a good fighter for people the that like old school brawlers.

I would have to say Mewtwo because he has a new playstyle. Roy is similar to marth and kind of have the exact moveset
