did of all your pokemon faint due to a tough battle with a trainer or a powerful legendary? I don't think it's happened to me. I'm always prepared and I train my pokemon well. =3
 
I have been wiped out before, when I was younger I failed at nearly every gym leader first time because I never understood what type of pokemon were more effective in each situation.

^ Same. Plus, when I was younger, I would always just use the starter for the entire game. It was insanely over-leveled, but it still made it harder because of the many type disadvantages, haha.
 
I still forget what pokemon I should use, so I'm always losing a big battle :awesome: Oh, and when your pokemon faint, why does the trainer almost faint (if I've remembered that right)?
 
I was really careless when I was younger. I skipped as many trainers as possible and would be really under leveled in some areas and get pretty beat up. Plus I didn't really plan well back then either.

Now I don't have a problem, and I only get in trouble when I'm not paying attention.
 
Ghost of Lavender - That's the exact same story as me, especially in my Pokemon Yellow when I was little and you get Pikachu as a starter, I think he was the only pokemon I ever used, no wonder I couldn't beat it as a little boy.

I once made a silly blunder where after facing a Gym Leader, I started off towards the next city. Before I could realize what I was doing, my rival came and challenged me. With only one Pokemon still alive, I lost and ended up having to do everything over again. I think another time, I went very far into in a mountain or something, and I blacked out. Since the last Pokemon center I used was far away, I had to make the entire journey all over again.
 
I had my first all fainted pokemon when had my battle with champion lance..as I can remembers it is so difficult as I cant really make a moves ..that time I was still a noob trainer, experienced gained increased the maturity of one when played game even in life.. What I exactly want to say that things just now always happen till now, so dissapointed when losing all those battle actually~~
