Hey guys! :D As you know, this boy here has Super Smash Bros. for 3DS,and it's amazing! :D If there's anything I love it's a good fighting game,I don't care what it looks like! (Y'know, unless it's too gory.. o-o ).

Anyhoo,so this one time I was using my boi Marth, and I chose Zero Suit Samus as my rival (Because people spam her Smash down A... <.< ) so I could get better.I had the difficulty up at... 5,I think, and was going at it.Then I had a hair in my eye,so I went to rub it and stopped moving, which was bad because my percentage was up at %100.One good smack would send me flying over the edge. :( But then,something...,weird happened.Samus was about to hit me, when she just stopped, and backed up. o_O Not believing this,I walked over to her.She hit once, but backed up and walked a little ways forward. .-. Was....she waiting for me to attack again? Was this part of the engine, or what????

The 3DS AI is pretty weird, I don't think it's until level 6 that they start going all out on you. Although the AI on the Wii U are very different though, by level 5 they start doing small combos and killing more often. Chances are that ZSS was playing lightly when you kinda went afk or something, playing as aggressive as you were. I know if I were to fight a ZSS on level 5 right now on the Wii U it probably wouldn't be as nice, it might take the opportunity to just do some damage or probably kill me.

It's probably the AI as np had said :p I think that they usually respond mostly to your input of moves or moving or attacking . To me level 5 isn't very responsive and aggresive but I have to agree that something like that was kinda weird-ish :p since I've never experienced that before ...
Anyhoo,so this one time I was using my boi Marth,

@np2016 :Oh,ok.For a second there,I was thinking she may have been trying to say something! Well,I have to debunk it by going on level 9.If she goes out all furious, then it's just the difficulty. :p. @Eridan : :hilarious: That reference, tho! Isn't it? I really do hope that it was just the level setting. But then again, lots of unexplained things have happened in the world.... o_O

@DarkDrifloon :A good mother would always feel the grief of losing her child. So faithful... Anyhoo,I put her on the highest difficulty setting and went to training with her.I was VERY shocked with the results. She did it again! She waited for me to attack! And she would hit me and dodge back when I didn't pay attention to her as well!

The AI isn't the smartest ones in ssb games. It just do some jabs then reads you then do another attack that's all. The difficulty is programmed to be like a training dummy for you. Unless it is set on 9 and It will go berserk on you as quick as making a sandwich. Shoot, I just like messing with the Ai you know? hahahah.

Well Ai can be quite dumb at times but that will be your advantage. I know how the air acts and you know how familiar ai can be and it starts to get on my nerves. That's why I always set them at 9
