So I've had the GS6 Edge for over a month now so I feel it's time I give a small review for those of you pondering over which phone to upgrade to.

First thing I will discuss is the device's features. The phone is like the previous model, the Galaxy S5, but with a higher quality camera and a curved screen display on both sides. The S6 Edge comes with a Gorilla Glass covering, so if gou dropped your phone the glass surrounding it gets shattered but your phone itself is safe. The back is made of metal, unlike previous models which utilizes platic. The device currently runs Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, and the processor is really quick and strong for loading lots of stuff on your phone.

Next I'll talk about the battery life. The battery on its own will last pretty much all day. If you utilize the power save mode, you can save up to 20% more battery, which I normally turn on after my phone reaches 50%. The phone also comes with an Ultra Power Saving mode, where the phone limits CPU processing, turns the screen to grayscale, turns off bluetooth and wifi connectivity, and limit you to 6 apps for usage. My phone is currently on 13% and I have my Ultra Power Save mode on right now, and based on my usage pattern, my phone can last me another 2 and a half hours. A lot of people usually complain that the Galaxy phones have a terrible battery life when compared to an iPhone, but fail to realize that Androids are always working in background, so some battery is lost in the process, but not a lot.

One last thing I will discuss are the accessories which the phone can use. The first one, which comes with the phone, is a Fast Charger. The fast charger, as he name implies, charges the phone at a much quicker rate than the normal charger. I can plug in my phone right now at 13% and after an hour of charging it'll be around 75 to 80 percent. The next accessory, which is sold separately, is the Wireless Charger. The wireless charger, again as implied, allows you to charge the phone without plugging in to the outlet. This helps for long roadtrips or if all the outlets are taken.

The last thing I will discuss is the edge screen. The curved screen display isn't just for looks. When the screen is locked, you can rub the right side of the screen up and down and the phone will pop up information about missed calls and messages, you can keep swiping sideways to display custom notifications. On your home screen, swipe the top right of the screen to pull out your edge contacts, which gives you quick access to contacts which you set, and lets you quickly contact them by phone, text, or email.

Overall I give the phone a 9 out of 10 rating, the phone is great for daily usage, and tries it's best to preserve the battery life. The only thing preventing this phone from getting a perfect rating from me is that the edge screen seems to lack features, there were two I didn't discuss but I feel there could be more done with the phone's edge screen. Other than that I love the phone, and I reccomend this phone to anyone who is looking out for which phone to buy.

I think my rating for this actually upgrades to a 9.5. There were updates which lets you pin 5 apps on the edge screen and it lets you have a night clock on the edge of the screen which lets you see the time and weather on the edge of the screen without having to unlock your phone.

I'm considering about changing my phone since I really hate Apple this review helped a lot, thanks
