I hate it when I encounter cheaters in WIFI Battles

*Reads Post* -> "cheaters"

You're doing something wrong.
Also, cheaters aren't using (for the most part) PowerSaves but Action Replays and that stuff. And anyway, Nintendo doesn't endorse the use of PowerSaves, so, they use it at their own risk.
We can't do anything against them, sadly, but if they get caught, it's their problem.

And if they use AR, they can also get banned for using it online.
