Yeah. I mean for a pro gamer it's really good as you can customise it both function wise and design wise.
First, you can add anything on the controller shell, whether it is paint splashes, emblems or just images. Then you can add different functions, such as hair trigger pins for shooters and higher joysticks (although I prefer KontrolFreeks). You can also add tabs at the back of the controller so that (especially shooters) you can keep your finger right finger on the joystick at all times. The tabs can be re-routed to any button.
So...
Scuf Controllers are good controllers, considering their prices and are great for pro gamers as well as shooters.
I would recommend if you are going to play with it regularly but if it's just for the design, I would go for 'controller chaos'.
Also Scuf have good customer service so yeah...

Well, their customer service is actually really bad, I've had to deal with them multiple times, they almost insulted my boyfriend in caps lock, it was awful, and we had to send them multiple messages because they were unclear, also made mistakes on our order...
And not much customization actually, you can't choose to put decals or anything like that on the controller, unless you are a partner of Scuf and have your own custom controller (for PS4, I don't know for X1).
I hope their product is good, because otherwise I'll be really disappointed for the price I paid for it, given that everthing else has been hellish with them.
Also, my parts ran out of stock during build time, they didn't give me the opportunity to wait, they asked me to change my parts, and just gave me a charging cable to appologize.

Sorry for my mistake. Controller Chaos has good customer service. I'm sorry to hear that scuf have been treating you badly. Although Controller Chaos doesn't have pads at the back, they still do have nice customisation abilities.
