No, but Wonder Traded shinies can't be sold anyway due to not being under your OT/ID. If the Wonder Traded Pokemon is clearly hacked, you can't sell it.

You can sell WT'd Pokemon, but I doubt you'll get many buyers for random Pokemon. Competitive Pokemon sell better than Shinies here, so if you can, try to start there.
