Hi there my names Toxipede and i am selling dratinis with 4 or more good IVs (I Get them Checked in the kiloude city Pk Center). (Sorry for the people who want to make a physical attacker but i cant make ones with an attack iv thats good)
Im selling them for 2 playcoins each just comment and put your friend code (heres mine FC: 4828 6731 3095) ill try to be online all the time so we can trade (dont worry i play everyday) i can give you the dratini first before you give me the playcoins just so you can check on the IVs. (This is my very first time selling so feel free to tell me what i did wrong)

That's still a high price. :/ Pokemon with 4iv's are usually sold at 1PC or 2PC. Same with 5iv Pokemon.
