No way shiny Mew can be legit as (I believe) all legends are shiny locked except genesecct and jirachi event. So only by hacks :/

Write your pedia name on a piece of paper in the picture so we can make sure it is you.

You need to show the Trainer ID and OT on the Pokemon. That's just a picture of the mew,

it can be shiny, but only from faraway island in emerald, which was only released in japan so it should have a japanese name.
