Do you think that the Sevii Islands will be available for access like they were in Firered/Leafgreen/Emerald? I hope they will be so we can get Deoxys on Birth Island and Ho-oh and Lugia on Navel rock. Both Ho-oh and lugia. Doesn't matter what version.
 
They could be, although they might be skipped over for OR/AS and released for Pokemon Delta Emerald (if that ever gets released). I am mainly interested in seeing Sky Tower return. Maybe Rayquaza and Deoxys can have a subplot in the game that you can play after beating the E4 and Champion (actual endgame content).
