Legally, you can have 6 iv events. However they have a Very less chance.

Could you also take a photo of what ribbons the arceus has?

It has no ribbons but the iv checker said it has outstanding potential overall. Greatest potential lie in its hp but its attack stat is good, hmm. And its defense stat is good too. Although its sp. Atk is equally good. Its sp def seems just as good, though, And well its speed stat is good too. Stats like those they simply can't be beat! That's how I judge it

The event Shiny Arceus has the premier ribbon as shown in the picture above. If your Arceus does not have it, im pretty sure it is hacked.
Also, like I said before, 6 IVs are "Very" rare in event Pokemon. So, it is hacked if the ribbon is not there.

I got it from wonder trade and it had a perish ball so I thought it was fine. I did not know it was hacked. Sorry
