This Shiny Event Rayquaza is Level 70, With 248 HP, 229 Attack, 134 Defense, 236 SP. Atk, 141 SP. Def, and 174 Speed. He has the ability Air Lock, With the moves Dragon Ascent, Dragon Claw, Extreme Speed, and Dragon Dance. It is holding a Dragon Fang, and has the Classic Ribbon. The Nature is Hasty. The auction starts at 1 PC! Do your bidding!

You didn't say if it was the event rayquaza or if it is caught in game, you need to post a OT/ID or I will ask someone to lock the thread.
 
I did, it's in the title. It's the EVENT Shiny Rayquaza.

I changed the rules a little. By the end of the day, whoever is the last to post until 12 AM Pedia Time gets it for that much PC.
