It's IVs are x/31/x/31/31/x

The bid must go at least 2 PC higher than the previous one.

You don't know my techniques I see. I like to join an auction real early, and jack up the prices to a really high amount as quickly as I can, it secures me the Pokemon for a bit as people decide if it's really worth it, and even if I don't get it, I at least make sure they spend tons of PC on the Pokemon, giving me a better chance at winning for the next auction

I can say it's near 100% Legit. They had an event for Oras where they gave shiny Raquazas with 3 IVs.
