Shiny Foongus trade offer

I got a shiny foongus off of wonder trade and I was wondering if anyone was interested in it. It's level 1 with no ev s and is from Japan. It has 3 IVs in hp, defense, and sp. defense. would be willing to give it up for 10 pc.
