Shiny gastly

When I was breeding for a shiny gastly I got one and I wanted to know if I evolved it to gengar would it be white or no

Shiny Gengar looks very similar to a regular Gengar. However, if you mega evolve your shiny Gengar, it is indeed white, just like a real-life spooky ghost. Not that we have spooky ghosts in real life, but you know what I mean.

But yeah nah, sadly regular shiny Gengar is just a dark blueish purple
