if you want a shiny rayquaza and live in north america i suggest you check mystery event via internet ASAP

got mine on omega ruby and alpha sapphire
 
Actually this is incorrect. The shiny rayquasa event is worldwide, not only america.

I got my Wonder Card for it. Now my problem is Soft Resetting for a 5IV Jolly Rayquaza. It's been days and I've got nothing.

In NA, the event is a Mystery Gift one but in EU is a code event ;_;

Would it still work now? I really want it ;-; I believe this is either the first time that Game Freak is distributing a legit Shiny Rayquaza by event, or the second time, but either way this might be rare soon. Does it have Fusion Flare or any special moves? Also thank you for saying this :eek:
