Should 2015 be the year of Yoshi?

Hey guys, I was just wondering if any of you guys would like it if 2015 would be the year of Yoshi?
I think that would be awesome, because, after all, Yoshi is the best character in the game. (in my opinion) Tell me what you think about the idea, please. Maybe Nintendo will even make 2015 the year of Yoshi.

I think if anyone is likely to have a "Year Of" this year it would almost have to be Yoshi unless they announced a few Metroid games.

That being said it's unlikely Nintendo will do anything like that again.

yes i agree and i do think it would be year of yoshi mybe {year of} peach i don't want it to be id rather have it be yoshi .
rather than peach becues im a boy and i still just don't like peach and so i do think that i shold be year of Yoshi if anything.

I think it would be awesome to have another "year of", in this case, having a year of Yoshi would be terrific! I really like the character and I am looking forward to palying Yoshi's woolly world this year when it comes out. The matter would be even more terrific if they announce another yoshi game!

yup i would agree with that {YEAR OF} should be yoshi and just like many of you guys i can't wait to play Yoshi's woolly world when it comes out. and so to sum it up yes i should be the 'YEAR OF YOSHI".

It definitely looks so since they did a discount on Yoshi games on the e shop for a limited time.Sure hope they do and make a new game if they do it and makes a lot of sales on Yoshi games.

I've loved Yoshi ever since I was old enough to hold a controller. If it were up to me, every year would be the Year of Yoshi!

I don't even really care for Luigi that much, so the year of Luigi wasn't all that appealing to me. Year of Yoshi or year of Kirby would be pretty cool..seeing as how they're both getting an early game this year, I can't complain. I imagine Yoshi's Wooly World will be like Kirby's Epic Yarn, but with Yoshi. I also want a new Yoshi's Island tbh..

That would be nice but...I would like 2015 to be the "Year of Toad". He's awesome and more people should realize his importance to the series. ( Who takes care of the princess? That's right.)

I think it should be year of Waluigi. Although I pefer Wario over Waluigi, Waluigi has no games for him, and himself only. Peach has one, Wario has one, Yoshi has one, and even Toad has one! Waluigi deserves a game!!!

Nah. I've never liked Yoshi. It's the one kind of Dinosaur I can't stand. I think they should keep it up with the Toad hype it's going well. Maybe release a second captain toad? I don't know what I'm saying haha.

They should either make another game with baby mario riding around on yoshi, or at least remake the old one. Though i just dont like yoshi. Completely biased, i dont think it should be the year of yoshi. They shoud invite a different dinosaur into nintendo. How cool would it be to have a mario kart game with a Stegosauraus in it? or a brontasaurus? That'd be truly awrsome
