So, I just got a phone on December 1st, so I'm still new to it. But our Internet should be off at the moment, and it is. However, as you can see now, I'm on the internet. My hotspot is off as well. I'm somehow connected to the Internet even though both hotspot and Wi-Fi are off. I dunno if I should be happy lucky or worried.

I post this by my phone. And the connection works on the phone only, not on the 3DS or Wii U, or anything else.

Happy lucky. Check your Network and Sharing Centre to see what you're connected to. Maybe your neighbours have an open connection?

I don't see any sharing centre on here. And all the available networks have a lock on it.

If you were receiving a connection that wasn't from your data or neighboring connections, then that can only mean one thing...

You're using data then. Considering I can do that as well with my phone. Even when you have wifi and hot spot off, LTE and your provider allows you to connect. Just don't watch videos while not being connected. Ruins your plan.
