Hello, I am new around the Zelda posts AND Zelda series. Surprisingly, I haven't even bought a single game!(except for a game in which I forgot the title) Yes, yes, HOW HAVE YOU NOT BOUGHT A SINGLE ONE AFTER ALL THESE YEARS THE SERIES WAS OUT:oldman:, well, I hadn't any interest in it!:coffee: Should I buy a game for Zelda?:dead:

You should definitely buy a Zelda game if you like these kinds of games with dungeons , puzzles , etc.
I recommend either getting Ocarina of Time 3d or A Link Between Worlds for the 3ds
  • Ocarina of Time 3d is in a 3rd person view and provides a nice challenge ( with the Master Quest ) as well as a good and memorable story . The puzzles are intriguing and will have you playing the game for many hours , not to mention the Master Quest with harder puzzles and a mirrored overworld .
  • A Link Between Worlds is a nice and colorful 2d view games that provides a nice story as well as very detailed dungeons . Though the difficulty may not be as hard , I would suggest getting this game if you forgot basic Zelda mechanics because this game is more user-friendly
Hope that helps :D

You should get one of the "new" and "remaded" Zelda games if you already have SSB4 and Pokemon ORAS and stuff like that. I would get Ocarina of Time 3D as it has the better and more challenging puzzles than the A Link between Worlds :p I enjoyed the previous games but couldn't beat Ocarina of Time

It depends on what system you are going to buy the game. If you have a Wii, I recommend Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword. If you want a game for the 3ds, then you should either get Ocarina of Time 3d or Majora's Mask 3d. Got a Wii U? Then try out Wind Waker HD. Even the Zelda games on Virtual Console are good. Honestly, every Zelda game(except the CD-i ones) are great

I'd recommend Ocarina of Time if you're starting off in Zelda games. That game is a good start for beginners and not as complicated like Majora's Mask. If you have a Wii U I'd recommend Windwaker HD cause it's the only Zelda game on the Wii U.

Legend of Zelda ocarina of time 3d is going to be a great start, i had the version of 64 and i love it, its has everyrhing Accion, adventure, puzzles, so many great challenges, and the story it great!!!

The Zelda series is one of the best franchises out there, and my personal favorite. It combines both action and puzzle, which I am really fond of. If you plan on starting on the franchise, I reccomend The legend of Zelda Ocarina of time for the 3ds (followed by Majora`s mask 3d), or The Wind waker HD for the Wii U. Both of them are iconic games in the series, and are available for nintendo`s latest consoles.

yes you shud i think tha are fun in get majora,s mask in i think yo wold like it so the game you want it wut you pike in you want majora mask but it is creppy but you wud like it i am shir so get

Yes I suggest you do get a zelda game. The legend of zelda games and lots and lots of action. The legend of zelda games also have lots of adventure in the games. I love legend of zelda and I could play all the games every created for hours and hours and hours.

If you want to try the series out before paying any money, I suggest getting one at club nintendo, they have got a couple, both in Eu and NA, both for Wii U and 3ds. I got one from club nintendo eu, Links awakening dx, for only 1600 stars. I beleive they have it at the NA club nintendo too.

I would definitely recommend trying out a Legend of Zelda game. It is, after all my favourite game series.
The reason what makes it so popular is the combination of everything. Let me list some:
  • Puzzles to solve
  • Dungeons to explore
  • Bosses to fight
  • Music to Enjoy
  • World(s) to explore
  • Tons of stuff to collect

If you're curious about the series, then go for it. Most of the games in the franchise aren't very accessible to beginners, however. I would recommend A Link Between Worlds if you're just starting out. Its super easy to pick up and play and it never wastes your time with filler like most other Zelda games seem to. If you're looking into the 3D installments then Ocarina of Time is your best option. Its the most simple out of the 3d lot to get into because its story and progression are simpler compared to other 3D Zeldas.

Personally A Link Between Worlds is my favorite.

Ocarina of Time 3D is a great introduction to the series. It has awesome dungeons plenty to do, and is a really good game. Personally i wouldnt recommend a link between worlds because the game is really short and dosnt have a very good story, in my opinion that is.

You should definitely get a Zelda game, and I would think that either Ocarina of Time or Majora's Mask for the 3DS would be the best to start off with. Ocarina of Time has more dungeons/temples for you to complete whereas Majora's Mask has only 4 temples not including the final one and they are definitely larger than Ocarina of Time's but it has a ton more sidequests.

Why you're asking these? Everyone needs to play zelda games, for nintendo 3ds i recommend ocarina of time 3d and for wii u i recommend hyrule warriors, so buy these games

3DS
Ocarnia of Time is probably the best Zelda game to play first. It opens the gateway to Majoras Mask (Though I haven't played Majora, I know the Link in it is the same), Wind Waker, etc.
Wii U
If you have played Ocarina, then I'd try Wind Waker. They intertwine together, and it'll make you be like "Waht...?". This game opens the doors to Phantom Hour Glass and Spirit Tracks.
Wii
Twilight Princes is an amazing game, I highly suggest it.

Yes you should, this series is awesome. It is a puzzle adventure type game series. I would recommend you start with ocarina of time because that is one of the main games. Wind Waker, Majoras mask, and twilight princess are all good games as well. If you really want to get technical you can look at the Zelda time line and see how the games connect(and get really confused) but it is interesting.
