Should I buy the New 3DS XL (N3DS) or the old 3DS XL?

I would like to wheather i should buy new nintendo xl or wheather i should old 3ds xl . I am bit:facepalm: confusd in this thing.
 
Definitely the new 3ds XL because it has better features and it has all the features of the regular 3ds XL so in this choise get the 3ds XL . It also has face tracking 3d and the C- Stick thing that will be very useful to some games like Zelda : Majoras Mask . It will be better to get the new 3ds xl :hilarious:
 
Also you don't have to some stupid accessory to use an amiibo.

This is true but I don't think that accessory is a problem. I mean, it's not like having Amiibos with you already ruined the "portable" part of your 3DS... so one more thing to carry is not really disturbing me anymore.

Definitely get the new 3ds xl. It is better than the original in every aspect and the prices for both are near the same. The new 3ds xl has the added small circle pad so it makes playing games a lot easier. It also has the added l2 and r2 buttons plus you don't need an added amiibo accesory to use amiibo. It has much better hardware and graphics too and if you get it you'll be able to play the upcoming xenoblade chronicles 3d that's exclusive to the new 3ds plus any other exclusive games that come after

If the 3ds xl goes for sale, just get that. they will still make games for it. The new 3ds is just for developers to put in higher graphic games for what the 3ds xl can not do. If the 3ds xl is 100 dollars, just go for that instead, unless you want xenoblades or a c-stick. You can still get a circle pad pro for 20 dollars so you have an additional circle pad. Overall, it is your taste. I am not going to upgrade. I will mainly focus on my amazing wii u and get games for that instead and not spend 200 dollars for a small upgrade.
 
Right now, if you don't already have a 3DS XL/3DS from before, there's really no reason to go for the regular one. The New 3DS features a better CPU, a C-Stick, and Face-tracking 3D which will help immensely in some games. Also, it's for the same price the 3DS XL was when it first came out. Plus, not to mention there might be more exclusives for it.
 
If you have previous handheld (3ds, 3ds XL, 2ds) and would want to upgrade, I guess it depends on what your gaming needs are. Reasons for upgrading can be:
  1. For NN3DS game exclusives. Well, there's one so far, Xenoblade Chronicles.
  2. Your old handheld is abused but loved. You really need a new handheld for grinding as your old handheld might crack into pieces lol
  3. You just want it. And have moolah to buy it.
For me, I think I'll wait for more exclusive games before buying a unit. My LoZ 3ds XL is almost 2years old, but I still don't have a strong reason to replace it with the newer one.

I think when we don't have something and we want to buy, the best option is always get something new, at least when the old thing got more quality. In this case, I think you would be more satisfield with the N3DS!

Well the new one is better in some ways but is not necessary in some cases when playing certain games.I think the old one is going to be selling cheaper though but i do suggest getting the new one since it is a new year.

You live in India thus double price. So, I guess get it from outside or a good budget buy...Also you don't have a 3ds!!!????!!

I have a new 3ds xl ( got it on release date :D) and with my experince with it is great so far. The 3D works WAY better than my old 3Ds XL. The c-stick is a major improvement, and is easy to use. But my favourite part is the power. I mean it is so fast loads up everything in seconds! Definitely go for NEW 3DS XL, although make sure to buy nintendos charger or else it will cancel your warranty.

Obviously you should get the new 3ds xl! The new 3ds has got face tracking 3d, the c stick, amiibo and colourd buttons! Plus, it has got games exclusive for the new 3ds xl and the prices have not got a huge variation! Go for the new 3ds xl!
