SSB for Wii U Shovel Knight Rumored for DLC

A lot of people heree must know about the whole Shovel Knight amiibo thing I assume. Well this is a bit different. I found an article from NintendoLife which states that Shovel Knight has a pretty good chance at being a new DLC fighter for Super Smash Bros.!

I would respectfully agree if such a thing were to happen as it fits nicely to the Shovel Knight merchandise in store and it may also have been a common ballot character. There would be no struggle for this character imo to make it into the game because he is very straightforward like a Famicom game would and there have been plenty of Smash characters that run along the lines of perfection and being straightforward such as Mega Man's Design and Wario's representation in Smash as a character. Anyways it would show people how Nintendo cares for indie developers encouraging new blood in the line, and old blood to experience the character first hand. He may be in development as we speak just getting all the balancing of the character up to specs as well as debugging. His arsenal is fairly wide I'll say with all the content I've seen from such a game and for Peace Day on Sept. 21st it would fit perfectly into the schedule at Nintendo.

Idk how to feel, honestly. I feel like there's more deserving characters and I can't think of a viable moveset for SK.
