Sinnoh remake possibilities?

So slot of people wanted remake of the diamond pearl and platinum games and some people on YouTube were saying that it would come out in years base on when the amount of years the other remakes took to release but I figured something out so other than the red and blue remakes the remakes of the games seem to be Times 2 or the generation of the non remake so gold and silver came out in gen 2 and their remake came out in gen 4 which is 2x gen 2 the hoenn games came out in gen 3 and were remade in gen 6 which is also x2 of the original generation so I’m guessing that diamond and pearl remakes might be release in gen 8. Anyone have any ideas about that I’d love to hear what you think thanks for reading.

Interesting, I've never heard of the common trend in generations and their multiplication. As for remakes of D&P, if the Pokemon company wanted to keep up the trend of remakes, I'm sure they would, but I'm won't count on it.

I think the remakes are possible but aren't really appreciated. There are plenty of remakes already and they take advantage of nostalgia and even though the games are old why would they even be brought up again. I'd like a GCN Pokémon remake with more places to discover or maybe a new Stadium/PBR title to take advantage of the big screen again (which is why I like the idea of a new Switch Pokémon game)
