Wanted to ask everyone who has bought Super Smash Bros for 3DS, do you plan to buy the NFC 3DS add-on, or plan to buy the N3DS when it comes out? I am just wondering, so I figured I should ask, so I would find out which one will be more popular.

Even better: I won't get any amiibos. At first,, I thought it would be a nice idea, but it's as overpriced as hell.
But if I had to choosen I'd go with the N3DS thingy since I guess Nintendo would find a way to make us upgrade anyway.

$13 for each amiibo isn't a bad price at all, the problem is they cost $60 each where I live
Nobody have that money for it! :coffee:

Yup, but it's 13€ in France, and when you know that those already overpriced figurines by Activison costs 5/10€ each, I think it hurts a bit the wallet...
Also, 60$ where you live ? What's wrong with them ?

Activision's Skylander toys cost $13 around here.

Depends.
If you only have a 3DS, go with amiibo for the 3DS version.
If you have a Wii U, however, just stick with the Wii U version as you'll save more money.
...come to think of it, the Smash Bros. Wii U game costs about the 3DS version plus the amiibo portal.

I really don't want Amiibos, because they are so freaking expensive, for a little toy. Exact same reason I never have gotten Skylanders. You buy the games with Amiibo compatibility, portal, and figures, which add up to a hefty price in the end. I don't really plan on them probably whatsoever...

The Wii U doesn't require a portal, and you're probably going to buy the game anyway, so this is just an extra "add-on" for those who like it.

Eh, Ill grab a few because I feel like it. Take my money Nintendo, I dont need it for other stuff anyways.....:bag:
