Any spammers will be counted as an automatic forfeit. Only banned character is Little Mac. (I'm sorry all Little Mac people. XD) Also, any rule changes can be requested. I'll restart a match if we have any delay lag, and I won't count it as a loss.

What do you qualify as spamming? If you don't clear up what it is then you could just say someone was spamming if you lose.
