How to qualify to participate :

1. You must not already have the character you want.
2. You must have Smash 3DS. No re-selling or giving away if you're the winner.
3. You need to have at least 10 posts at this forum.
4. Choose the character you want and a number from 20 to 100.
5. If you have over 100 posts, you can choose a number for both characters.
