I have several from each Smash Brothers.
In Smash Brothers 64 I remember playing on the Zelda field as Pikachu. It was a sudden death match and I was fighting my sister who was Mario, she was hiding in some tent like part of the stage. The Bob-ombs were falling and I was doing my best not to die. Needless to say i was hit with a bomb...But instead of flying off the screen I was,sent flying at my sister, I hit her and Mario lost the match.
In Smash Brothers Melee, I was Link, my brother was Dr. Mario, and my sister was the camera. We battled on the F-Zero stage (the one were the cars zip toward the screen) and we we're battling. I felt bad for be beating my brother without having the items on because he wasn't used to the game, but he didn't want me to go easy on him.
At one point we stood on the track and the cars came barreling in, at that moment I had Link jump into the air so I could have him do the move where he stabs his enemies with his blade down. But before could reach Mario he was run over by a car and he landed on his belly. Link landed with his blade in the ground kneeling. I forgot who won the match but we got a cool picture that day.
Smash Brothers Brawl I was fighting on the Cruel Brawl stage as Jigglypuff. The enemies kept grabbing me, throwing me off in an attempt to KO me. I somehow managed to knock off 8 enemies using Sing and 'Roll out' (not sure what else to call it where she rolls around).
I don't have the new one yet but I hope to get it soon.

In Melee, the best thing that ever happened was when I attempted the Master Hand glitch and actually succeeded. I destroyed everyone (obviously) and then sadly, the game crashed. 
When you win as Master Hand, the game obviously crashes..but for years, I never thought it was actually possible, and then finally the glitch was proven. Too bad none of the other games really have glitches like that. xD
