Many rules have been changed since 12/29, so please reread them before participating or asking questions.

What's the Bingo Book?
The Smash Bros. Bingo Book "ranks" players and can be used to find players to play and train with. The goal of this is to create a fun competitive atmosphere by encouraging players to get stronger by challenging stronger players. This is for fun and unofficial.

Rules:
1. If you would like to be added to the Bingo Book, you can reply to the thread and you will be added to the main post. Please send 1 PC. The fee has been added to raise the likelihood of player activity in the Bingo Book. Additionally, players will be removed after one month of inactivity.

2. Ranking up: To raise your status on the list, you must "become stronger" than players who rank higher than you. This is decided by having a Bingo match, a serious set of matches. Remember that ranks' main purpose is to approximate players' skill. Challenge players when they are available, they are not obligated to accept every challenge.

3. When you have defeated higher rank player, reply to the thread or start a conversation that you have beat them. If the person wants to play more Bingo matches, finish them all and then report the result.

4. PC: Betting PC on matches is allowed, as long as both players agree.
