Smash Wii U Help Needed URGENT After Buying Ryu and Roy DLC

so i bought ryu and roy dlc and they downladed.so when i opened smash wii u it didnt ask to update it loaded up smash and it froze on the smash logo screen cannot press home button.i have to shut down wii u to exit game.please help

yes and the dlc downloaded but when I load smash it didn't ask to update and it would freeze on title sxreen

wait Everton it works now apparently you need to have internet and disc needs to be cleem. Thnx videogamenate
