Finally Atlus decided to release Shin Megami Tensei IV Official Soundtrack. It will be a four-CD package consisting of 112 tracks. It is slated for release on 2/26. I think I won't buy this because I think Ryota Koduka, the composer, composed a hit-and-miss BGM. Several tracks are awesome (Tokyo Overworld Map, for example), and the others just, bleh. Nocturne had better musics. VGMDB has a list of the tracks in Japanese, it you want to look.
