anyone used to own this/or even have it to this day? xD

ahhh, great classic. Loved playing Donkey Kong Country And a link to the past countless times. I kept going back for more. <3

So many classic on the system. I still say it was the best one Nintendo made because almost every game was a gem :)

we use to own one, it was big back in the day, i think i played my first ever basketball game on it in NBA Live 95

Every game was great on the SNES. Now if only Nintendo could do that for the Wii U!

I loved playing my SNES. At the time I only had Populous and NBA Jam but I still played it a lot. Good, fun system.

One of my all time favorite systems. I still own one - letting my cousin borrow it now. We had a couple of them back in the day for some reason and only one stuck around which is kinda weird.

I still have a big box full of games for it. There's games in that box that I haven't ever played.

All the games were awesome, but my favorites hands down have to be Megaman X and Killer Instict.

We still have it along with at least 30 games. We tried to hook it up but unfortunately I think the chord for it is dead ><

Loved the SNES, it was my first console (we also had an Atari, but I know that I played the SNES first). A lot of memorable games on there. Sadly I don't own one any more, however I am considering buying one.

My older sister owned one when I was really young, and I would play on it a lot. The games I remember playing the most on the system were Donkey Kong Country 2, Super Mario All-Stars, and Super Mario World.

The SNES is my favorite Nintendo console. Although I also loved the Sega Genesis and it had many great games, I have to admit that some of the games on SNES were in fact somewhat better graphically and interface rendered than the Genesis version. Its 16-bit power was incredible, and its built-in 3D chip made incredible games like Star Fox a reality. The SNES games didn't freeze during gameplay, didn't have many glitches, didn't need much cartridge blowing. The only problem I ever found with the SNES is that the NTSC version's plastic casing tended to yellow over time. Other than that, I give the console a 10/10.

Sadly I never had one mostly because I wasn't born yet. However my friend did have one because his dad had one. I liked going over to his house and seeing all the old games and playing some of them like a link to the past.

I don't have a snes but I have played some games on a emulator.
Some game is played are: Earthbound,Super Mario all stars, and Super Mario world,Kirby superstar, exc.I love all these games so I would rate the snes a 9.9 .the 0.1 percent is because it's hard to find a emulator so I use a site to load the roms with the emulators but playing the game made the 0.5 to a 0.1 :D

Those were great times! Even though it may not be the same it's great that Nintendo would do the Virtual console service to bring back some old school games for Gamers who grew up playing them.
