It's one of the first pokemon I bred thanks to riolu having 3 perfect ivs, so its probably not the best:

lucarioite
bashful
technition
251 spd, 132 sp. Atk, 124 atk
aura sphere, dragon pulse, flash cannon, close combat
only imperfect iv is special defense.

A few things:
Lucario doesn't get technician to begin with .-.
Bashful Nature doesn't do anything, as it is a neutral nature.
EV train only the stats where Lucario excel (such as Sp. Atk, Atk, or Speed)
Moveset is Okay, but you may have to change around a bit depending on how it's EVs are.
And it might need Sp. Def IV, to guarantee it will live through some special fire moves.

Mega lucario does get technition if I remember correctly. Its item is the mega stong, so its normal ability doesn't matter.
Exactly the point: because it's neutral, I don't have to give up one of the attack stats.
If you look at the EVs again, you'll see I did put them into only attack, special attack, and speed.
I definately want to keep close combat because it hurts a lot, but it doesn't really have any other good physical moves. So best thing for it may be to try to run a mixed set, which is why I dropped special defense IV.
Then which IV would you drop to use a mixed set.

um.. it gets adapability when it mega evolves, not technician. and technically you don't have to give up any IV, but you may have to breed till you get all 6 >.>
But if you really need to drop 1 IV, perhaps HP should do, since base hp, def, and sp def are the same. The EVs are fine the way they are, just IVs need a change. Plus the moves you have on it are also great

Oh, I get those two confused sometimes. Doesn't really help that we can't get the summery of the mega formes without mega evolveing. The only 6iv pokemon I've gotten legitimately so far is garchomp, but I do have two of them. If not bashful, what nature should it use?

Well I'm not too familiar with mixed sets, however I think it could work better if you made 2 lucarios (one physical, on special). This way you don't have to worry about which IV or Nature you need, you just pick and choose accordingly. Plus depending on your team one of them could fit on any team you make!

I kinda gave that some though already, and that actually might be the best thing for it. O did the same thing with charizard (need its y stone for the special one).

Yea its hard for me to think of a good mixed set. I'm better off choosing two for each

Does lucario know any good physical moves besides close combat and earthquake?

Um you could try extremespeed since it gets priority and does a decent amount of damage. And since this would be for a physical Lucario I would make the 4th move Swords Dance.

Oh, forgot about that move. I really need to start looking through the movesets before asking. You also reminded me of bullet punch, which gives priority, and stab gives it higher power than extreme speed (60x1.5>80). Might also do rock slide or stone edge instead of earthquake for flying coverage.

Yea those would be better options. Plus bullet punch would be a great option for adaptability

Found out bullet puch's power is 40, not 60, so it isn't more powerful than extreme speed. But adaptability makes its power the same, and since its steel type, it actually works against a few things.

Yeah bullet punch is probably a better option for mega lucario so that you get a stronger priority move. Extremespeed just serves as a second option for priority.
