Yea, I know a lot of these are old news. But I wanted to share them anyways.
A free, easy, and immediate way to demolish public works projects:
When you boot up the game, choose new character. Once you're supposed to decide where to build your house, blah blah blah, set it near or on top of the PWP. Tom Nook will tell you "we'll have to remove a PWP but if that's okay with you..." Confirm it. Keep playing the tutorial until Isabelle will let you say (it's right after that, basically). Save, quit, and reboot the game. When Isabelle asks if you want to get started, go to the other things menu and demolish your characters house. Done. Congrats! You just destroyed an unwanted PWP easily and for free, and can still build a new one that day if needed!
Running out of storage? Try this!
Once you have upgraded your museum, you'll be able to open personal exhibits for a small fee of 10,000 bells. So basically, just store the crap that's taking up space and that you don't need at the moment. Easy.
and, yea...I think there was more but I forgot
