Is it really worth the 5,000 pokemiles on PGL? I don't know. It looks pretty handy!

Can we change the ability into a hidden ability with it?
Also, is it a one use item? I wanna know that too! if it isn't, I think it isn't worth that price...

It depends on you. If you're willing to spend them and you're not interested in anything else, then yeah.

Can we change the ability into a hidden ability with it?

You can't change a Pokemon's ability into a hidden ability and you can't change a Pokemon's hidden ability into a regular ability using it. It has to be a regular ability for it to change it into another regular ability.

Also, is it a one use item? I wanna know that too! if it isn't, I think it isn't worth that price...

Yup. It disappears after you change a Pokemon's ability. It's worth it if you're IV breeding and hatch a shiny with the wrong ability for competitive play (same with 12.5% gender 5 IV Pokemon) or if you're just feeling too lazy to re-breed for a right ability.

Yeah they are single use and turn the pokes ability into hidden ability. If they are too expensive I am selling some in my shop

You can also buy the Ability Capsule from the Battle Maison for 200 BP. While it is expensive, it's good for when you breed the right IV's and Nature on a Pokemon, but it has the wrong Ability.

I got on free in a wonder trade. It's a really good item. Definitely useful. I think you should get it. Pokemiles are easy to get it you go to battle resort and go on the egg breeding trail around the island (for x and y, go to lumiose city instead). All you gotta do is make your trainer move endlessly by sticking a coin under the control pad.
