Note these are only Ideas for what Erix and I would like to see in a SC sequel
My brother and I have both thought of some pretty cool Ideas if Namco decided to do another SC Game
tell me your thoughts on these ideas and maybe share some of your ideas too.
[Return Character story mode]
Pulling a note from SC III the story mode had diverse paths for the main characters in their journey to fight the final boss as well as different endings. But rather than hit inputs to change the ending during the events that occur, I'd like to see the paths you take influence the ending you'll see.
And I think it would be neat if you could talk to certain characters you meet with in the adventure,
what you say to them will either enter you into a fight or earn a new weapon. and other events to occur.
[Original Created character styles]
I think if they overhaul most of the Weapon styles seen for the Created characters of SC III
that would be most good. Along with newer original styles and Tekken fighters too
[DLC, Who doesn't enjoy extra content]
I thought it was cool to see Star Wars Characters in SCIV, maybe other Jedi or Sith Characters could be DLC for all consoles. And there could be Zelda characters and Kid Icarus characters for Nintendo's consoles, Assassin's Creed Syndicate characters for Microsoft's and Final Fantasy I characters for Sony's, not forget costume pieces from said themes as well.
[Created character story mode. Maybe a bit of dating Sim?]
Pulling another note from SC III, the Tales of Souls mode was a created character story mode
that used a strategy tower defense game that turns to actual fighting when you storm an enemy base.
Perhaps a similar story mode with different paths and some dating simulation. Erix and I had been calling this "Journey of Souls"
[3rd Person slashing]
This was inspired from Tekken 6's Scenario Champaign mode, where your main character walks around
an open plain and fights crowds of enemies but with easier controls, (I remember having trouble with the Scenario mode in Tekken 6.) This could be used in character story modes and "Journey of Souls"
That's all I've got so far, but let me know what ya think.
