I ate in the past few minutes

so im in the market for a gaming pc. i don't want to build one because i probably die. so, i want to know what specs i need to run club penguin and undertale at a solid 60 fps. im looking at this computer.

i just want to know if I can play undertale at a solid 60 fps i really like i watch youtubers play it all day lol
and faze started a club penguin division so I want to get into that. my daddy said he'd buy me any pc lol maybe it can even run batman arcum night idk all i know is windows 10 is the best for gaming cya lol

I don't know about Club Penguin, but Undertale runs fluidly on my sister's toaster.

Also, my old PC, which had a quad-core intel core i7 processor clocked @2.26 ghz ran a PSP emulator with high-consumption games such as Kingdom Hearts at a constant speed with no slowdowns whatsoever, so that baby you got there ought to do MUCH, more
 
If you want those games to run smoothly at 60 FPS, you don't need much specs. The specs on this computer are probably something you'd want if you want to play games like Skyrim or VainGlory as smooth as possible (well debatable). Overall, I think any gaming PC can work for your case, because they all can run simple games at 60 FPS easily.

Also Windows 10 is not certainly the best for gaming, but it gets the job done so I guess that's fair lol.
