Which tournament should I host next?

Splatoon Survival squad!

First to start things off the first four Participants will be a leader ( a leader is the most important person of the team, they also get to name it)

The second batch of four Participants will be sidekicks (sidekicks are the main protector of the leader, if the leader dies 10 or more times then your not doing a good job and your title will be removed to a recruit)

And to follow up the last batch of 8 participants are recruits (recruits are standard base players in the squad, if a recruit gets killed 5 or more times by a leader then that leader can switch one of his recruits for the other team with the other recruit)

NOTE: this tournament will be made out of 16 players.

The Prizes(only the team with most wins gets prizes):

Responsibility's: Pick a sidekick to be on your team(a members you know well), choose a team name, choose a team logo.
 
NOTE FOR LEADERS: You hand pick your partner/sidekick and recruits too. Also make sure to give your team meaning with a logo and name.
