I figured this out by myself. I'm very methodical and detail oriented when it comes to playing Pokemon games. I noticed the Mohn name when in Aether Paradise by reading the computer and data in logs on the wall of the research department (on the lower levels) put two and two together and the guy on the Pokepeligos. For instance I'm always looking in trash cans and checking the walls with books on them. This is the way I typically play RPG's in general, sometimes you find hidden details of the game or Easter Eggs this way.
