SSB4 patch 1.09

What are your thoughts and stuff you've found?
 
I'm pretty sure there is gonna be a patch 1.0.9. Unless Sakurai likes having Pac Man glitch everyone under the stage, then we won't need the patch :p. Plus we could give some justice to Diddy, he's been getting it hard these past two patches. Also Ness and Rosalina were buffed in the last update, making them stronger than what they already were. But mostly the Pac Man glitch will be the reason to patch the game again.

I found that the upgrade was pretty big in blocks. It's over 9000!! jk jk, I's over 1k! <.< Like.... wow... I need that space for games. I also found that there are some buffed characters and nerfed characters <.< Good thing they didn't touch my main home slice Pikachu.

Yea me too as well. I think diddy kong and greeninja go nerfed but I dont care lol. Like you said al least the patch didnt touch your main it didnt touch mine as well. ( LINK) @np2016 Yea that hydrant glitch though. I think its gone but i will check it out and see. But i hope Rosalinda and Zero Suit Samus get nerfed down because they are well OP. lol And I want to see link become better and better like top tier lol but that wont ever happen

Yeah, I agree with the Rosalina being too OP. I think it's mostly because of Luna, it doubles it :eek: It's weird that It didn't touch Link. You'd think they would lol

I already made that thread. :panda: I think you got the number wrong tho.

I'm very sure a 1.0.9 patch will come out when we get the next wave of DLC.
 
Honestly, why they buffed Ness is beyond me!
I main with him, and he was already incredibly strong.
The player that could use buffing is probably Jiggly Puff =p
 
Not really. I agree that Ness was already strong but Jigglypuff (my main, and for good reasons) isn't bad at all. Just check out the tier list, he is under Ness (whom I play with sometimes too) but far from the bottom.

For all Smash games (and others), I usually google "tier list Smash X" (replace X with "Melee" or "4" obviously) then click the link leading to eventhubs.

I somehow assumed that. I'd kind of agree with the top tier characters but I can straight out take everything in the bottom tier as complete BS. Personally I would never take advice from that site. Especially since this site is a popularity contest.

That is one horrible Tier List lol. Lets face it all Tier List arejust friken (Like whay @Artisan said) BS. Ive seen one great Tier list but all the rest were BS. LOL Why is fox so low? Sheik should be around top 5. and ness and zero suit samus. And that lucario placement .-.

The top was horrible lol. It seemed just horrible. It should be
1. Rosalinda
2.Sheik
3.Zero Suit Samus
4.Ness
5. Diddy Kong

Indeed, the Smash 4 tier list is far from completely reliable. For now, "top tier" characters are mostly the ones people kill with most... and they also are the ones people play with most.
The Melee tier list is more reliable though, since it has been here for a long time, and surprises are not to be seen (Jigglypuff already made his come back in that tier list, and people now know he's not BS).

Now, even if the Smash 4 tier list isn't reliable, the fact Jigglypuff is in the middle still means that there are people who believe in him. It might not mean he's average but at least he's not underpowered, and my point was no more than this.

Yea jigglypuff is a good character but her aerials are great for punishing and great combo starters so yea she could be a great character. Like what hungrybox did to melee it was amazing. I would like to see jiigs be good and see her win and become first in some major tournaments
