Stage Builder for WiiU Version?

Okay, so, saw this leak about a week ago where some guy claimed that he hacked into the code of the game for 3DS and found info for stages that read, "Stages You Have Downloaded." Everyone thought this meant DLC for stages, but I have a different idea. Perhaps this is meant to download custom stages from the WiiU version. Everyone know the 3DS and the WiiU can connect to share Miis, so what about this? I would be really upset if the stage builder wasn't in (don't know why, it was kinda stupid) so if it is on the WiiU, then this might be the case.

A response from Nintendo on a Spanish magazine confirmed it was actually Spotpass content it will be offered (free stages?)
Still, it was on Brawl, so why not?

Oh... it was used to hack the console .-.

Would be interesting for sure, I never tried it on brawl so (haven't actually ever played brawl .-.) I have know idea what it was like... I'd like to see a few dlc's myself (maybe the original ssb hyrule castle stage...?) But making your own stage would be amazing!

Yeah, it's been officially confirmed now. Check out the "Super Smash Brothers: 50 Fact Extravaganza" video. The new stage builder looks reeeeeally cool. It's shown near the end.
