My Ampharos:
Ampharos @ Ampharosite
Ability : Static (i think it more useful than Plus)
Nature : Relaxed (i make Relaxed so it can counter Earthquake)
EVs : 252 Sp. Attack / 152 Defense / 100 Sp. Defense / 6 Hp
- Power Gem
- Thunder Bolt
- Dragon Pulse
- Cotton Guard

Any suggestion? I want to make it unbeatable :)

In regards to your set, I see no reason to use Relaxed over Bold for a more defensive set, there's also really no reason for your EVs to be that spread out, you're better off focusing on either making it physically defensive or specially defensive entirely. There's really no reason to run Power Gem over Focus Blast mainly because without Focus Blast you have no reliable way of dealing with a threat like Excadrill and Cotton Guard isn't really that viable because outside of Rest, Ampharos has no form of recovery and Cotton Guard/Rest isn't worth using 2 of your move slots. Here are other sets that might interest you.

Ampharos @ Ampharosite
Ability: Static
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def or 252 Sp.D/ 8 SpA
Bold/Calm Nature
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Volt Switch
- Dragon Pulse

Ampharos @ Ampharosite
Ability: Static
EVs: 220 HP / 208 SDef / 80 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Thunderbolt/Hidden Power Ice/Hidden Power Fire
- Dragon Pulse
- Focus Blast
- Volt Switch

The first set is a RestTalk set that gives Amphy a means of recovery while accomplishing its job as a great pivot, though if you use the physically defensive spread be warned that Ampharos will still be 2HKO'd by Earthquake the majority of the time.

The 2nd set still takes advantage of its Electric/Dragon typing and its bulk, but has some Sp.A investment so it can get more use of its impressive base 165 Sp.A stat. Skarmory and Clefable both have good synergy with this set and can form a pretty solid Steel/Dragon/Fairy core.

I interest with this set, and with Calm Nature, so it can counter EQ and still can survive
Thanks btw :)

I don't think you quite understand the definition of a counter, let me explain. A check is a Pokemon that can switch in safely due to you sacrificing a weakened Pokemon or possibly from getting off a slow Volt Switch/U Turn which forces your opponent to switch out due to your Pokemon having an advantage whether it is typing or stat related. A counter is a Pokemon that can switch into the majority if not all of the opposing Pokemon's various sets, take little to no damage and deal with it accordingly. Mega Ampharos is a check at best to the majority of Ground type Pokemon or Pokemon with the access to EQ because even with its bulk it is either 1HKO'd or 2HKO'd the majority of the time.

I would say make it a fast sweeper with Agility, thunder or thunderbolt, dragon pulse, and focus blast. with max speed and max sp. atk. the agility is to outspeed almost every non-scarfed pokemon, even greninja. Mega-Amphy with destroy alot of pokemon with it's insane Sp. Atk stat

Dragon Pulse and Thunderbolt are necessary. Both powerful stab moves.
Or, if needed, go with Volt switch over Thunderbolt. This depends on your team.

I also feel like Defensive/bulky Ampharos shouldn't be ignored here. It's speed is pretty terrible so in some cases it'd be good to ignore the speed stat as a whole and focus on it's defenses. Experiment with a cotton guard defensive moveset and see how it goes.

It's also better off in UU.

Ampharos (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Static
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Def / 200 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Cotton Guard
- Discharge
- Heal Bell
- Hidden Power [Ice]
This is the moveset my anpharos has and it kicks butt. The hidden power ice is really good. The cotton guard is also pretty swell to. I'd give it the mega stone and stuff. So yeah. I would use this movese...

Ok... Ability is VERY good move if you want to sweep with speed and if you are bulky and attack/sp. attack is high, but M-Ampharos or just plain Ampharos has VEEEERRRYYY low speed comapred to other electric types and would take a while to actually outspeed another poke

A Timid lvl 100 Mega Ampharos with an Agility under its belt hits 400 speed, allowing it to outspeed non scarfed threats like Salamence, Noivern, Darmanitan, Kyurem, etc and works well as a late game sweeper once all its counters have been weakened or eliminated.

ohhhh... I didn't know that :p but Scarfed users like Staraptor and Gardevoir could possibly outspeed a Mega Ampharos with Agility. Maybe. But occasionally Mega Amopharos can lose to a STAB or just plain powerful earthquake. I tried it but it didn't work out and I ran Volt Switch.
