Moon/Sun Sun/Moon differences?

I'm thinking of getting one of the two but what are the differences between the them? Especially in terms of stats of the final legendaries and actual gameplay, I'm very curious to know if one is superior to the other.

Stats of the legendaries are unknown. The only known difference is the version exclusives. The ones I can think of are the legendaries, Rockruff evolutions, and the monkeys (Passimian and whatever the other is)

The main differences are Sologalio, Passimian, and the Midday form or Lycanroc(tan fur on all fours), and in Moon you get Lunala, Oranguru, and Lycanroc's Midnight form(the sinister looking one w/red fur). This is what I based my decision off of, since I pre-ordered in June. Luckily Vulpix is in Sun too. There are more and the link Skyshamin provided is good. It splits it right down the middle for ya.
