Super Mario 64 Running in Java Web Browsers

I think that it is pretty cool for a N64 game to be playable on a web browser , but I think that many of us already played that game :p Since it is very fantastic . I think in my opinion though , I like playing the ROM on an emulator instead , since who knows what bugs there can be , but it is still great :)

It did not work for me, it says it does not have the right certificate so stupid java blocked it

it works better on older versions of java mostly because the newer versions have higher security and it wants you to put everything from the website on your exceptions list while on older versions you can adjust the security level easily.

that is just genius that you can play super mario 64 using browser and plus it saved,if a 64 game can play on a browser then all of the 64 games can, imagine the possibilities.

Wow this looks amazing if you ask me. I think I'll give it a go and see if it works for me

Another cool thing I found was this n64 javascript emulator for web which will work without the need of java.It works really well although I'm not sure if you can save and you need to download the rom and then upload it to the site for it to work.

I must play this most awesome example of the lengths that the mario community is willing to go to to get their beloved game onto the internet. I just hope that Viacom doesn't find it and find some tiny use of spongebob in it and immediately take it down without an explanation. That would just be horrible. I mean, nintendo is the least of these people's worries. Viacom is who you have to watch out for. (Ok, I know that this was just a ytp reference but stuck with me here). Can't wait to play this on my browser. I hope nintendo doesn't take it down. Nice job guys!

This is some really impressive work the fan community of the game and the n64 in general. It's magnificent to see how far emulation in old/new consoles can bring including the fact that the emulation of a graphic changing game could be run on simple java platform, I hope nintendo doesn't take this down like the fan project of the remake, (im pretty sure emulators were more downloaded than the fan-game lol.)

Personally I like this because I think this is safer than emulation and the site basically gets paid for ads and stuff so I'm not afraid about them selling my information online. I've played a few games that are on sites for example Joy Mech Fight Online, Wario Land 2, LoZ, Super C, and Tower of Heaven. They play just like the originals would.
